Teachergram is Cool

I think it's so cool that Instagram can be used for something as meaningful as professional development for special education teachers. We usually think of Instagram as a place to share photos or scroll through fun content, but the idea of "Teachergram" shows it can also be a space where educators connect, learn, and support one another. Special education teachers can discover new teaching strategies, learn about inclusive practices, ask questions, and share resources with educators from all over the country. Instead of relying only on occasional workshops, they have access to ongoing learning and a supportive community whenever they need it. It just goes to show that social media can be a powerful tool for making teachers feel more connected and helping them grow professionally.

I think this is a great example of how social media can be used to create a community that serves as performance support and can help improve learning for others.
